Including maybe gross things relating to wounds,...
Right now my biggest worry is in regards to Triggers and Trigger Warnings, a concept which is pretty new to me. My characters, especially my favorite characters, tend to lean towards mental imbalance (regardless of moral orientation, of course). Because of this they tend to follow through certain ticks, and certain discussions of these ticks are inevitable. Could this possibly be a bad thing?
